My name is Christopher Martin, or, if you’re into being brief, Chris. I have been playing video games for over half of my life. They are a form of therapy and entertainment simultaneously. Video games also led me down the path of building my own computers, which is fun, but expensive. My other passion lives within writing or reading a brilliant book. I am stoked to be mashing my two loves together here at BT. Cheers.

I’m Jeremy. I’m 27 years old from Northern California and I have played GW2 off and on (mostly on) since release. I have played Tera, Archeage, Shaiya, and Star Wars The Old Republic but GW2 has me set. Non-streamed games: Forza 5 and Battlefield 4 on Xbox One.

Hey, the name’s Mike. I’m from the sun-scorched land down under, also known as Australia. I’ve been playing video games for as long as I can remember, starting out with dodgy Windows 95 shareware games (CD Man anyone?) and a friend’s SNES. Later on I got an N64 at around the age of 10, and since then games have been a constant part of my life in some form or another. I also recently completed a Bachelor of Music, where I discovered a love for writing. Now, thanks to Bruised Thumbs, I have the opportunity to combine my passion for games with my desire to put word to (digital) paper.

I’m Tim Nester, and I hail from the exotic farmlands of Ohio. I’ve been a gamer since Christmas of 1987 when my brother and I got a used Atari 2600 with a crate full of games. I dabble in just about every genre with every console I can afford, and I have a crippling weakness for Steam Sales, PS Plus freebies, and almost everything made by Nintendo. When I’m not gaming or writing about gaming, I spend most of my time with my wife and 5 kids, writing & recording music, and watching football.
Fun fact: My gaming sweet spot is 1.5 beers. Any less and I’m average at best. Any more and I’m complete garbage.

My name’s Nate, I’m 21 and born and raised in Sacramento, California. I’ve been playing games my entire life and am currently studying for my B.S. in Game Design. Aside from reviewing games, I enjoy playing guitar and drums. Self-taught for both, new to drums but have been playing guitar for 10+ years. Other than that I play Counter-Strike competitively and like chicks with glasses.

In west Philadelphia, born and raised. On the playground was where I spent most of my days. Chilling out maxing, relaxing all cool and all shooting some b-ball outside of the school. When a couple of guys who were up to no good started making trouble in my neighborhood. I got in one little fight and my mom got scared. She said, “You’re moving with your auntie and uncle in Bel Air.”
