Far Cry 3 Review: The Definition of A Good Time

We were first introduced to Far Cry 3 and one of the
enemies, Vaas, at E3 2011 and we were beyond impressed. Then E3 2012 came around and
we were treated to a very sexualized trailer and an awful co-op gameplay presentation (see below) that really had
us worried. At the time, the game was due out in just 6 months and graphically it
didn’t impress. We are very glad we were wrong to doubt Ubisoft and their team to make a
great Far Cry.

Vaas (Michael Mando) is probably one of the greatest enemy characters ever created on any medium.

Although the co-op was still rather unnecessary, following Jason
Brody as he slips into darkness in search of his friends was a joy to watch
unfold, and Vaas (Michael Mando) is probably one of the greatest enemy
characters ever created on any medium. With a beautifully realized island to
explore, an interesting upgrade system, and a well-developed narrative, Far Cry
3 is a must buy.
