Tons of car games can look the same but that doesn’t mean
that one can’t stand out and be great. The most recent addition to the Need for
Speed library and the only well-made racing platform available on the Vita
currently comes from Criterion games. That should come as no surprise from a
studio that has a pedigree in fantastically fun racing while leaving out all of
the simulator jargon that may only reach a niche consumer.
Almost a 100% full port from console to Vita,
the only thing that one may be missing between the two is some graphically
fidelity, which should be expected, and less traffic. Who likes traffic anyway?
